Larbi Arfaoui is the Head of the Secondaries Department at Abu Dhabi Investment Council. Larbi started the Department in 2024, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing all investment activities.

Prior to joining ADIC in 2024, he was a senior member of the Private Equity platform of Mubadala Investment Company where he was responsible for investments in the Financial Services and Technology divisions for over a decade. Before that, he was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston for eight years in Europe and the Middle East.

Larbi holds a Masters degree in Corporate Law and Corporate Finance from ESCP Business School in Paris (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris), and is fluent in English, Arabic, French and Spanish.
