Principal Duties and Responsibilities
 
  • Performs wide range of administrative activities.
  • Creates, composes, and/or edits technical and/or administrative correspondence and documentation.
  • Researches information, compiles statistics, and gathers and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources.
  • Provides support activities such as answering telephones, review and control of incoming/outgoing correspondence and follow-up on operational commitments.
  • Schedules appointments and maintains up-to-date calendars; schedules, coordinates and facilitates meetings, events, and/or travel arrangements.
  • Maintains files and records.

        

 Candidate Profile
 
  • Completion of secondary education (12 years)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar administrative position, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications
  • Very good English and Arabic communication skills
