The Chief Executive Officer is the highest ranking officer within the Council. He reports to the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Mubadala Investment Company, and is responsible for the operations of the Council. To provide him with independent oversight of the Council’s vital activities, the following functions have been established:
